Do you have retail locations where your products can be purchased physically?
Our products are available for purchase online only. However, you can choose the pickup option at checkout to collect your order from designated locations. We do not have physical retail stores at this time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer an exchange policy for products damaged during delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 30 days for assistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
We only ship within Canada. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
